Deposit and cancellation policy
At Be You Spa & Skin Aesthetic, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To secure your appointment and ensure our schedules run smoothly, we have implemented the following deposit policy:
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms and secures your appointment.
Payment Methods:
Deposits can be paid via credit card, debit card, or through our secure online payment system.
Refund and Transfer Policy:
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
If you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited (I will be understanding in cases of illnesses etc)
